Almost 2 years after the last site launched today we see the birth of mikepiscitelli.com  3.0. Thanks to all that helped especially Todd @ Hollow Trees for building it and Tracey for putting up with me while we edited it.

Updating books is a never ending cycle that when not rushed is almost as fun as shooting the photos. That said, when I have 2 weeks to update 6 books it fucking sucks…

canadian mag, color just released its first ‘fashion’ issue with a photo i shot of the dillman on the cover.

10 years ago this October Dill and I went to paris to shoot a promo video for his sponsor of the time. the shoot happened to coincide with fashion week so a majority of our downtime was spent at shows or weird fashion dinners where creepy parisian promoters would pay for our meals if we brought girls with us. these photos were shot backstage at a jeremy scott show that either zora or marry anne got us into. for being two skate kids backstage at a fashion show, jeremy’s staff were super cool to us and even got us seats for the show. i ended up getting to go to a lot of shows on that trip but jeremy’s  was easily the most memorable.

The last month has been pretty much non-stop. We are on the final leg of the movie so I’m pretty much Ozzy 24/7 but I have managed to fit in some shoots that I’ll post as soon as I’m allowed to. Next post will be a ton of Tim & Eric shots that didn’t run.

We are finishing the edit in Burbank. One step closer to getting this movie finished! Time to start getting excited…

For almost 18 months I’ve been working on my first feature length documentary about Ozzy Osbourne. We are still far from finished but we have put up a little teaser to let people know its in the works… I’m really excited about this project and can’t wait till I can share more of the film… Its a side of Ozzy that not many people have ever seen.
